This bespoke new build showcases premium materials including rough-sawn board and batten cedar cladding, cream brick veneer, and white Snaplock tray roofing - delivering both timeless character and modern durability.

A standout feature is the perimeter fence, crafted from reclaimed bricks salvaged from Christchurch's 2011 earthquakes. This thoughtful design choice honours the area's history while adding unique character to the property.
